We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual (French/English) Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role focuses on recruiting blue-collar and skilled trades talent across Canada and can be performed remotely from Quebec City, Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivières, or Moncton/Dieppe.

 

Success in this role requires strong outbound calling, persistence, and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. This is a high-volume recruiting role focused on skilled trades. You’ll manage multiple reqs and be on the phone daily. If you enjoy fast-paced recruiting and hitting targets, this is a great role for you.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 15–20 open requisitions at a time (primarily blue-collar/skilled trades)
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calling to source and qualify candidates
  • Screen candidates in both English and French
  • Quickly assess candidate fit and move qualified candidates to submission
  • Partner with hiring managers to prioritize urgent needs
  • Maintain accurate tracking in ATS
  • Consistently meet weekly activity and hiring targets

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of agency recruiting experience (REQUIRED)
  • Proven success in high-volume or blue-collar recruiting
  • Comfortable making 30+ calls per day
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken required)
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Resilient, persistent, and results-driven

 

What This Role Is NOT:

  • Not an HR generalist role
  • Not a low-volume or relationship-only recruiting role
  • Not a sourcing-only position
  • Not a management role, this is an individual contributor position

 

Compensation:

  • Base: $45,000 – $60,000 CAD + 10% Annual bonus
